Our History

Integrity. Transparency. Reliability. Foresight. Outstanding customer service. These were the foundations laid by Luis C. Diaz, the first Chairman of PPSI, which grew into its own corporate structure in 1994 after starting out as a payroll department of Diaz Murillo Dalupan and Co. Inc. (DMD & Co.), one of the country’s top legal auditing firms. Mr. Diaz was the Co-Founder and Chairman of DMD Co.

The original founders and incorporators were highly esteemed professionals in the financial, legal, and auditing industries: Emmanuel L. Alvarez, Jovita L. Banda, Arturo N. Dalupan, Rustico L. Murillo, Atty. Rogelio N. Nacorda, Amelita G. Senayo, Atty. Moises R. Villanueva, and Roberto B. Villanueva.

In 2015, the new management team led by Ms. Cristina “Angel” Rosales, former President and CEO of RCBC Forex Corporation, introduced and implemented an approach that is based on innovation, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a unique flexibility that helps the clients be more prepared to meet their own organizational goals.
